Gina Persson, Ph.D. is President of Ivory Tower Consulting and a Professor of Communication at The College of Saint Elizabeth in Morristown, NJ. She has 20 years of corporate communication training experience having developed, designed, and assessed courses for organizations such as AT&T, Discovery Channel Communications, PNC Bank, Cigna Health Care, Tiffany & Co., Chrysler, The State of New Jersey, Coopers & Lybrand, ADP and Quest Diagnostics.  She earned a Ph.D. and M.A. from Rutgers University’s School of Communication & Information in New Brunswick, NJ.

Dr. Persson has successfully taught hundreds of professionals how to improve their communication effectiveness. She states, “Communication is a taken for granted aspect of our daily lives and an essential part to success. Through my workshops, attendees have been able to identify areas where their communication can be improved and learn the tools required for immediate results.” Her approach emphasizes the psychology of communication – It is the Why and How specific approaches are effective.
