BIO

Burton Gubenko has been a licensed real estate professional since 1975.  After stints at Studley and Grubb & Ellis, the latter of which filed for bankruptcy protection in 2012, Burton decided to pursue a more laid back approach by focusing on Tenant Representation Services and Investment Property acquisitions and dispositions for selected clients. Whether that assignment takes 3 months or 3 years to complete, Burton has always conducted himself in an ehtical manner in placing the interests of the client above his own. 

Most recently, Burton represented Park Avenue BMW in a long term lease and subsequent acquisition of a 108,000 square foot facility which the company intends to reposition as complementary to its 55,000 square foot service center which was located and redeveloped after a search that took close to five years to complete.  These two facilities represent an investment of over $25,000,000.  A family owned business, Park Avenue BMW is now assured that it is properly positioned for the next generation.

 

Burton is a licensed real estate broker in both the State of New Jersey as well as in New York State.
