Career Summary
With over 43 years of construction experience, Chick Di Ambrosio has worked on a multitude of diverse projects ranging from pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging facilities to golf course construction to residential and commercial office buildings. His projects have taken him throughout the United States.
Early in his career, his company assisted in the design and, in some cases, installation of large landscape projects for Tishman Realty, Turner Construction & The Rosen & Rosen Corp. in the Manhattan area. Following a merger, his firm took part in building many residential homes and commercial office buildings. Chick Di Ambrosio also has specialized on pharmaceutical industry needs and assisted generic manufacturing companies in developing new and innovative construction methods to cut cost and improve productivity.
He has been on the board of directors for The Community Food Bank of New Jersey for over 17 years. A retired Marine, he is member of The Marine Corps League.

Gale & Wentworth Development Corp., VP, Construction Division 1997-2002
Handled the entire portfolio consisting of over 500 tenants covering some 12,000,000 sq ft of office and or warehouse space in four states.
Bellemead Construction Corp., Tenant Renovations Manager 1979-1997
This construction division for the Chubb Insurance Corporation consisted of approximately 30 office and warehouse facilities (6,000,000 sq ft) throughout NJ.
Developed a computerized estimating program, a tracking system to monitor over 450 renovation projects per year and to assist the marketing and design departments in bringing a tenant project from lease negotiations to occupancy in record time.
The division was sold to Gale & Wentworth
