Bill Martini is responsible for the sourcing and analysis of potential office, industrial and retail property acquisitions, and remains active in the leasing and operations of the companyís existing portfolio.
Since joining Mountain Development Corp. in 2002, Martini has worked under Chairman Bob Lieb and President Michael Seeve in all of the various disciplines that comprise a private real estate investment company.
In his 5 years with MDC, Martini has overseen the financial analysis and due diligence for first mortgage and bridge financings totaling over $300M. He has also overseen the leasing of warehouse facilities in Newark and office properties in Woodland Park, Paterson and Clifton.
Martini received his BA from Georgetown University and has a Certificate in Real Estate Finance from N.Y.U.
