Charlie joined Colliers Houston & Co. in the spring of 1999 after more than 12 years in the industry as a landlord representative and broker. As a licensed New Jersey Real Estate Broker, CCIM and SIOR he leverages his broad experience to advise office and technology space users and investors in central New Jersey. Charlie holds both CCIM and SIOR designations, an achievement only approximately 400 professionals worldwide have attained. Charlie grew up in Paterson, New Jersey, and currently resides in Mendham with his wife Jean, son Max and daughter Jessie.

Achievements
After graduating from The Pennsylvania State University, Charlie started his career working with Garden State Land Group, a New Jersey developer of office and residential property. Eventually promoted to VP of Sales & Leasing, Charlie handled over one half million square feet of office and industrial space in North Jersey, negotiating directly with prospective tenants and buyers, and supervising their construction. As a residential construction superintendent for Garden State Land, Charlie personally supervised construction of million-dollar single-family homes in GSL’s Princeton area developments. His understanding of the development and construction process enhances his ability to assist his corporate clients.
Most recently, Charlie has focused on representing both landlords and tenants on office and technology oriented space in Central New Jersey markets. Charlie has been involved in over 2 million square feet of deals for both tenants and landlords over the past eight years with an aggregate value of over $200 million. Notable transactions and clients include High Power Devices, Schaffner EMC, Nistica, PTC Therapeutics, Johnson & Johnson, Lucent Technologies, Furukawa Electric,Agere Systems,Conti Enterprises and inVentiv Health.
