David is the Regional Director; Sales & Operations at Eastern Essential Services (EES) for the Janitorial & Specialty Cleaning Division. David is responsible for meeting, estimating, presentations, and delivering the on going operational efficiency and success to every contractual account. David “owns” every account he brings into the company portfolio and is extremely client driven. He very much understands the success associated to the Real Estate Industry which is why he has formed many long term client relationships. He has accomplished this with his industry knowledge, operations expertise, and unique consultative approach with a solution based mind set. David has been successfully employed in the Cleaning / Facility Maintenance industry for the past 17 years. David has consulted Fortune 500 Firms and has published articles for industry trade publications. David is accomplished in his field and is a very reputable & proven service provider. Eastern Essential Services (EES) has been providing Quality Facility Services since 1985 and is Headquartered in Fairfield, NJ. Our unique business model consists of Janitorial Services, Specialty Cleaning, Pest Control Services, Handyman Services, Gutter Cleaning, and virtually ALL aspects of Facilities Maintenance Services serving most business environments. David is married to his wife Kimberly and resides in Branchburg, NJ. He has earned a BA Degree in Marketing from William Paterson University. He served for 20 years in a Volunteer Fire Department and holds a Brown Belt Degree in the Martial Arts. He is currently volunteering in his community by serving as the Community Board of Trustees President. David enjoys travel, fishing, the outdoors/nature, and music. |
