Gary Albrecht
has developed a diverse and national commercial real estate practice focused on the financing, acquisition, development and sales of commercial real estate, with a particular emphasis on retail leasing. He has represented both the landlord and tenant in numerous shopping center leases involving "big box" and "junior anchor" stores.

Mr. Albrecht has been recognized by his peers in numerous instances. He has been awarded an AV rating for his professionalism and the quality of his legal work from Martindale-Hubbell, the premier directory of legal professionals. In 2006 through 2009, he has been named in New Jersey Monthly as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in real estate transactions.
