Mr. Nalbandian was promoted to the position of Senior Vice President & Co-Managing Director in the New Jersey Regional office. He, along with his new team members, will lead and grow the New Jersey practice. Greg is responsible for expanding origination in the New Jersey/New York metropolitan area with a strong emphasis in structured finance involving recapitalizations, repositioning plays and institutional join venture equity for all types of commercial real estate.
Mr. Nalbandian joined NorthMarq Capital in August 2005. Mr. Nalbandian has a very strong transactional background having worked previously at O’Connor Capital Partners in New York, where he was directly involved with the management of a $1.5 billion portfolio of domestic & international investments with the Argo & Peabody opportunistic funds. Immediately prior to joining NorthMarq, Mr. Nalbandian was Principal and Group Leader of the Real Estate Financial Services Division of The Schonbraun McCann Group, a leading national real estate advisory firm.
Mr. Nalbandian earned BA from the University of Michigan and an MS in Real Estate from New York University.
