Greg’s concentration is in the Northern New Jersey office market, with a focus on Morris County. He has been with the firm for four years, and has completed transactions in various markets including Bergen, Morris, Essex and Passaic counties. Greg is working closely with many Senior Sales Associates and has complemented them on many transactions during his tenure. Currently overseeing numerous assignments, Greg is representing both Landlords and Tenants in his marketplace.

Background & Experience
Greg began his career after college as an appraiser evaluating (or re-evaluating) for both commercial and residential properties throughout New Jersey for tax re-assessments. Greg has been with NAI James E. Hanson as a commercial real estate broker/salesperson for four years, and has successfully concluded over $15,000,000 worth of sale and lease transactions.

Professional Affiliations & Designations
Greg was born in Wanaque and spent the majority of his life in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey. Greg is an avid golfer and still enjoys time playing football and baseball. Greg is currently a member of IOREBA and also of the New Jersey Board of Realtors (NAR).

Education
Greg attended University of Rhode Island for one year and thereafter transferred to William Paterson University, Wayne, New Jersey. Greg attended Don Bosco Preparatory, in Ramsey during his high school years. Greg is currently enrolled in various continuing education programs oriented toward Commercial Real Estate.
