Hope Brodsky joined Newmark Knight Frank in June 2000, as a sales associate. Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Ms. Brodsky was a commercial litigator and real estate lawyer for 12 years in New York and New Jersey.

Most recently, Ms. Brodsky worked with the law firm of Wasserman & Cooke in Woodbridge, NJ, specializing in real estate brokerage law.

Since coming to Newmark Knight Frank, Ms. Brodsky has represented clients such as: Citigroup, JP Morgan Chase, Price Waterhouse Coopers, Morgan Stanley, Brokertec Global, LLC, OM Technology, International Fund Services, Marquis Who’s Who, Eclipse Marketing Services, Inc., Rotta Pharmaceuticals, Acordia Northeast, Meridian Healthcare Systems, Huntleigh Healthcare and various other tenants.

Ms. Brodsky also has represented the following developers as their leasing agent: Hartz Mountain Industries, International Fund Services, Mack-Cali, The LeFrak Organization, The Applied Companies, Adler Development, Sterling Properties, Bertram Associates, Betawest, Ltd., Terranomics Development and Metrovation.

Ms. Brodsky has served as a Commissioner on the Monmouth County Board of Taxation since December 1997. She is a current member of NAIOP and ICREW.

In 2005, Ms. Brodsky was named as a CoStar Group Power Broker for Northern NJ. She was also recently recognized in Real Estate Weekly as a "Rising Star".

Ms. Brodsky graduated from George Washington University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and in 1988 received a Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School. She is currently enrolled in Monmouth University’s Real Estate Certificate Program.
