Mr. Risko, a thirty year veteran of the commercial mortgage banking industry, is responsible for originating, underwriting and closing mortgage loans on commercial income-producing properties.
Mr. Risko is a past president of the MBA-NJ. He was an instructor for the B.O.M. A. – R.P.A. Program and an adjunct Associate Professor of Real Estate at New York University. He has lectured at the Society of Industrial Realtors – NJ Chapter, NJ Bar Association, the N.A.I.O.P. – New Jersey Chapter and also the NYU National Real Estate Conference. He has also lectured at the NJ, NY, PA Regional Mortgage Conference.
Prior to joining Cronheim, Mr. Risko was an Executive Vice President both at Island Mortgage Network and at Poole & Company.
