Leo Pinheiro is Sales Associate of Sitar Company, a full-service commercial real estate firm based in New Jersey. Mr. Pinheiro joined the Company in 2006. In his role as Sales Associate, Mr. Pinheiro is actively involved in Sitar’s Industrial Division, a group that specializes in warehouse and distribution properties. Utilizing his strong sales/marketing background and work ethic, Mr. Pinheiro provides clients with the insight and knowledge necessary to make the best real estate decisions for their organizations. Prior to joining Sitar, Mr. Pinheiro was honorably discharged as an electronic warfare technician in the United States Navy, where he served on the USS Conolly DD 979 and for the Commander of Naval Air Forces Atlantic. Mr. Pinheiro previously worked in New Jersey law enforcement. Some of Mr. Pinheiro’s most recent transactions include a 20,000 square foot industrial lease for Apgar Brothers Trucking, a 9,287 square foot retail lease for Unbelieva-Bills and a 5,000 square foot industrial sale for Rosoca Holdings. He has also successfully completed industrial leases for Dietz & Watson, Gold Medal Bakery, HABA, a Division of Davion, Inc. and Trident Line Corp. Included among Mr. Pinheiro’s list of clients are Tucker Distributions, Empire Estates LLC, BDC Partnership, OJ Truck and Tank Wash, Inc. and Matos Construction. Mr. Pinheiro is a licensed New Jersey salesperson and realtor and a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Monmouth/Ocean County Board of Realtors and the New Jersey Association of Realtors. He also holds membership with the New Jersey Fraternal Order of Police and the United States Disabled Veterans Association.
