Ms. Geddes is Executive Vice President of Leasing for Ivy Realty. Since joining Ivy in 1999, Mrs. Geddes is responsible for overseeing the leasing and marketing of the Ivy portfolio, which has grown to over 4 million square feet.

Prior, Ms. Geddes served as Vice President of Leasing and Marketing for Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, responsible for leasing a 2.5 million square foot portfolio of Class "A" office and industrial buildings. Ms. Geddes also served 10 years with Troast Enterprises/The Troast Group, in charge of leasing a 1.5 million square foot portfolio of assets situated throughout New Jersey. Ms. Geddes also served on the Troast development team, directly involved in the execution of new projects including site selection, site acquisition and the approval process and was effectual in new business development.

Ms. Geddes received a Bachelor of Science degree from Montclair State University.
