Associate
Michael T. Marchese joined Newmark Knight Frank's Rutherford, NJ, office in 2008 as a broker/sales associate. Mr. Marchese concentrates on sales transactions, commercial leasing for global, regional and local clients and works in partnership with Kevin Murphy, Tim Greiner and Peter Rossi - all executive managing partners - at Newmark Knight Frank. He is focused on the effective, professional representation of tenants and owners equally. Mr. Marchese's clients have included Knightsbridge Properties, Life Settlement Leads, The Burns Group and Piedmont Office Realty Trust.
Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Marchese worked with Weichert Realtors in New Jersey. There, he honed his real estate skills with much success. Mr. Marchese continuously achieved the high levels of Executive Clubs, Million Dollar Sales and Listings Clubs, and Circle of Excellence Awards. Mr. Marchese has also given his time as a lead mentor, coordinator, and lecturer of real estate.
Mr. Marchese has earned the recognition of "GRI" (Graduate of Real Institute), a distinguished membership that only 15% of agents countrywide are members of. He is also a New Jersey licensed real estate broker. Prior to his real estate career, Mr. Marchese was involved in the management of restaurants and business dining.
Mr. Marchese received his Bachelor of Science in Restaurant Management from Johnson and Wales University in 1995.
He is also an active member of the Morris County of Chamber of Commerce and is a speaker for Holt International Adoption Agency. Mr. Marchese resides in Morris County and is married with two children.
