Michael D. Staskiewicz joined Newmark Knight Frank's Rutherford New Jersey office in 2007 as a managing director. 

As a trusted strategic advisor to his clients, he provides representation and consulting services through the acquisition and disposition of corporate, industrial and institutional facilities, comprehensive lease and sale negotiations, and financial and market analysis. Mr. Staskiewicz specializes in reducing his clients' operating costs, improving their work environments and streamlining their real estate processes.

Mr. Staskiewicz has advised and completed transactions for K. Hovnanian, Investors Savings Bank, Wachovia Securities, Schwartz Simon Edelstein Celso & Kessler LLP, Nestle Infant Nutrition and Rollins Inc., among others.

Mr. Staskiewicz also represents prominent owners, developers and landlords in Northern and Central New Jersey. Past and current clients include Normandy Real Estate Partners, Ivy Equities, Cofinance Group, Onyx Equities and The Silverman Group.

Mr. Staskiewicz brings over 10 years of client service, sales and marketing experience to Newmark Knight Frank. Prior to his real estate brokerage career, Mr. Staskiewicz worked within the advertising industry specializing in media management and client service. 
Most recently, Mr. Staskiewicz served as a director in the brokerage services group at The Schultz Organization, a full service regional commercial real estate firm.

Michael D. Staskiewicz received his Bachelors of Science degree from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ.
