Patrick R. Eichner has joined The Walsh Company as Senior Vice President to oversee development and redevelopment activities. He has over twenty years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining The Walsh Company, Pat served as Senior Vice President of Leasing at Normandy Real Estate Partners. From 2001 thru 2004 he served as Director of Leasing for Mack Cali Corporation, where he coordinated the leasing for a three million square foot portfolio of class A office space located in the Morris County region. His tenure included the successful completion of more than 80 transactions totaling approximately one million square feet. Prior to his term with Mack Cali, Pat served as a Vice President for Murray Construction Company, Inc. for nearly eighteen years. He was responsible for the leasing and marketing of the firm's 6.5 million square foot portfolio of office, industrial and high tech space as well as new development and redevelopment activities. Pat is a graduate of Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. He also attended the University College at Buckingham, England where he studied Public Finance & Economics.|
