Mr. Hanson has over 50 years experience in the commercial real estate industry both in providing real estate services to third parties and acting on behalf of investor clients in the acquisition, development, and marketing of investment properties. Projects include office, industrial, hotel, and retail and are located throughout the United States. For 11 years, between 1988-1999, served as a Director of the Meridian Family of REITS variously listed on the NASDAQ, AMEX, and NYSE.

Background & Experience
Mr. Hanson currently serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of NAI James E. Hanson, a full service commercial real estate company which was founded in 1955. He joined the firm in 1959 as a salesman specializing in industrial property sales and leasing in Northern New Jersey. Since that time he has been involved in hundreds of transactions as a broker, advisor and investor.
