Scope of Service Experience
Rob focuses primarily on the office markets in Morris and Essex Counties. He is currently working on various projects representing both landlords and tenants in his marketplace.

Background & Experience
Rob demonstrated his entrepreneurial skills by acting as president of J&R Landscaping in Sparta, New Jersey. In this position, Rob was responsible for all aspects of marketing, sales, management and design. Robert also worked at Movado Group Limited as an intern in their marketing department where he shadowed Movado’s Vice President of Marketing. Robert lives in Morristown, New Jersey and has been a resident of northern New Jersey his entire life.

Educational Background
Robert graduated Tufts University in 2006 with a degree in History and a minor in Entrepreneurial Business. Robert was very active in the Tufts community by being a member of the football team, being a co-founding member of the Tufts Boxing Club, and teaching a Tufts Experimental College course to freshmen. Rob is also a member of the Delta Upsilon Fraternity. He continues to stay active in his college and fraternity. Rob actively seeks to expand his knowledge and expertise in commercial real estate and has done so by enrolling in the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) program. Robert has successfully completed the Lipsey School of Real Estate and Monmouth University’s Real Estate Finance and Analysis course.
