As Executive Vice President he is responsible for overseeing the growth of the corporate services and institutional agency industrial practices in the Tri-Sate area.
 
An 18-year veteran of the commercial real estate business he has extensive experience on both the ownership and brokerage side of the business representing many major public, private and institutional owners as well as public and private companies locally and throughout the United States.
 
Partial client list includes: AMB Property Corporation, Bed Bath & Beyond, Prologis, KTR Capital Partners, SYSCO, Mannkraft, and Jones Apparel Group.
 
Recognized as one of Real Estate New Jersey’s 40 under 40 and earned Costar’s coveted Power Broker Award on multiple occasions. In 2006, Robert was named Broker of the Year by Prologis and he was a finalist for the NAIOP Impact Deal of the Year Award. In 2004, Rob was voted # 3 on the Top 50 brokers in New Jersey and Pennsylvania in the NJPA Real Estate Journal and he and his team also won “Industrial Deal of the Year” in the same periodical.
 
Earned a Masters of Science in Real Estate Investment & Development from New York University and Bachelor of Science in Business & Economics from Leigh University.
 
Member of the Society of Industrial Office Realtors (SIOR), Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC), Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association (IOREBA), and National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP).

Board member of the following charities: CJ Foundation For SIDS and Ryan Wolfe Kossar Foundation (Co-founder/Chairman).
