Raphael Kwon brings extensive experience and a distinguished reputation in the international real estate arena. In 1996 he successfully launched the Century 21 brand in Korea and expanded the franchise operation to more than 200 brokerage offices. In addition to his residential venture, he also engaged in several commercial development projects and played a vital role during the Korean financial crisis from 1998-2001. During this time, he served in an advisory capacity to Deutsche Bank and other foreign firms by helping the Korean government in its resolution and disposition of non-performing loans.

Mr. Kwon has served on the Foreign Investment Advisory Committee for the City of Seoul Government. He also served as Vice President of the Korea Real Estate Association and also as Vice President of the FIABCI Korean Chapter.

He has not lost sight of his guiding reason for continuing in the real estate field: "What matters most is giving my clients the thrill of excellent results with the greatest degree of safety."

He has a B.A. in Economics from the University of SungKyunKwan in Korea.
