Ron currently serves as a Partner/Business Unit Manager for Bohler Engineering, and is primarily responsible for the management of daily operations as well as taking an active role in the design and permitting of all aspects of retail, commercial, industrial and residential developments. With over 17 years of consulting engineering experience, he has a wide variety of exposure to various disciplines including zoning, planning, stormwater management systems, utility design, roadway systems, and above ground/underground storage tank designs. Ron is intimately involved with the progression of a project and provides a strategic approach towards the success of the design, approval, and construction process.

Ron also has extensive permitting experience with Local/County Agencies, New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) for freshwater wetlands, stream encroachment, treatment works, NJPDES, CAFRA, and the Bureau of Safe Drinking Water. Additional experience with local and regional municipal utility authorities, New Jersey Pinelands Commission, Hackensack Meadowlands Development Commission, New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT), and the DRCC
