Rich Mirliss joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2004. Mr. Mirliss specializes in the representation of Financial Service tenants. He brings with him an extensive analytical background in both Real Estate and Financial Services.

Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Mirliss was Vice President of Business Development at Citigroup. There he was responsible for sourcing and structuring new business opportunities for Citigroup with outside companies in the Media industry, namely AT&T, News Corporation, BMG and AOL Time Warner.

Mr. Mirliss was also a former executive at both Grubb & Ellis and The Galbreath Company. He held positions in the asset management and corporate services departments at both companies. Mr. Mirliss represented such clients as: Cigna Insurance, New York Life, Manhattan Life, Cornerstone Properties and Smith Barney.
Mr. Mirliss holds a BA in Economics from Rutgers College and an MBA from CUNY, Baruch College. He also serves as an adjunct professor for Rutgers Business School.
