Working almost exclusively in Union, Middlesex and Somerset Counties since 1970, has successfully concluded lease and sale transactions of industrial and office buildings with major clients including U. S. Steel, Prudential Insurance, the May Company and Affiliates and Westinghouse Electric. Handled rental exclusively for the New York State Teacher's Retirement Fund of 1,500,000 sq. ft. industrial building in Elizabeth. Bob has been the exclusive rental agent for Metro Middlesex Plaza in Woodbridge Township for
more that eight years. Having taught the New Jersey Real Estate Licensing course for over twelve years, Bob has a strong knowledge of the Real Estate Commission's Rules and Regulations and associated legislation

Significant Transactions
• Sold 525,000 sf building in Raritan Center, Edison for US Steel Corp. to Toy Manufacturer in Brooklyn
• As Exclusive broker for New York State Teachers Retirement Fund. Bob did leasing for the 1,500,000 square foot Burry’s Bisquit building in Elizabeth, NJ adding over 60,000 square feet of new tenants and converting all existing leases to improve the economic stability of the building.
• Engineered a property swap of Roseland Property’s 45,000 square foot office building in Lebanon, NJ for Construction Specialties Inc.
