Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from Indiana University and a Masters in Marketing Management from Pace University in New York City in 2008.  He also is a licensed New Jersey real estate salesperson.

Prior to joining the company, Tiger led the marketing efforts at Xenon Health, an ambulatory anesthesia management company.  Soon after, Omnicom Media Group offered Tiger an agency position marketing PepsiCo carbonated soft drinks, specifically developing media strategies for the brands Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Sierra Mist, and AMP Energy.
