Scott has over six years of commercial real estate experience. During this time he has been integrally involved in the acquisition of real estate projects in the U.S. and Japan aggregating over $1.8 billion dollars.
Prior to forming Frontier, Scott spent two years working for a New York based real estate firm involved in the acquisition of U.S. commercial real estate. Before this he spent three years as an Analyst of the Real Estate Principal Investment Group at Shinsei Bank in Tokyo where he was involved in underwriting and valuation for distressed debt collateralized by all real property classes.
Scott has a B.S. in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University.
