With nearly 20 years experience in commercial real estate, Steve Gardner is responsible for all aspects of J.G. Petrucci Co.'s marketing and public relations program, as well as business development and related activities.

Prior to assuming his present position, Steve was most recently employed in similar capacities for Jones Lang LaSalle and Trammell Crow Company, where he also headed up those firms’ research efforts in the New Jersey market. Prior to that Steve spent five years at SJP Properties, concentrating primarily on the Waterfront office market.

During the course of his career Steve has been involved in the marketing and leasing of a number of major projects, including Waterfront Corporate Center in Hoboken, New Jersey (970,000 square feet), The Foreign Trade Zone at the International Trade Center in Mount Olive, New Jersey (1.4 million square feet), Atrium Corporate Park in Somerset, New Jersey (860,000 square feet), Corporate Park 287 in Piscataway, New Jersey and numerous others.

Steve holds a B.S. degree from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana and received his MBA from Columbia Business School. He and his family live in Basking Ridge, New Jersey. Steve is based at J.G. Petrucci Co.’s headquarters in Asbury, New Jersey.
