Managing Principal
Steve Tolkach joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2007 as a managing principal of the Princeton, New Jersey office. Mr. Tolkach’s more than 20-year career has been focused on corporate users and property owners throughout the greater Princeton/Central New Jersey market area, and he continues to represent some of the Princeton area's most prominent companies with sophisticated real estate transactions including office and industrial leasing, laboratory facilities, property/investment sales, land sales, sale/leaseback transactions. Mr. Tolkach is also an advisor to several prominent institutional property owners with whom he is an equity partner.
Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Tolkach worked with John Buschman in the Princeton, NJ market area since graduating from college in 1987. Mr. Tolkach was a partner in the firm (formerly Buschman Partners and most recently GVA Williams Buschman) for 12 years and was involved in investment sales and industrial and office sales and leasing. He has completed transactions totaling more than 14 million square feet with an aggregate value in excess of $1 billion.
