Experience Todd began his career in 1999 with Ursillo Realty Inc. in their Hackensack, New Jersey office. During his tenure there, he was recognized as one of the top brokers and was given the responsibility to train new hires in business development. Todd joined Resource Realty in September 2003 as vice president. Todd focuses on industrial and office real estate brokerage throughout New Jersey and New York. He uses proven marketing concepts to sell and lease office, retail and industrial properties, along with customizing and developing agendas that help reduce his client's operating costs. Other areas of expertise include tenant representation, investment analysis, corporate site selection and contract negotiations. Most importantly, Todd understands the importance of being an advocate for his clients - helping them to evaluate risks and minimize costs to their businesses. Background Todd received his degree in Business Administration from Adelphi University in 1995 with a minor in Marketing. In 2008 Todd was recognized as a candidate for the New Jersey Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and is excited about the opportunity to possibly achieve this prestigious status. Todd enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He volunteers as a coach for youth soccer and enjoys skiing and boating. |
