Ted Hammer is responsible fore HLW’s global business development. As a managing Partner of the firm, his focus is on developing relationships with leaders world-wide in industry and real estate, leading to significant project work for HLW in the United States, Asia, and the Middle East. In his role on the Leadership Team, he provides guidance for the conceptual design of HLW’s major projects. Ted is the LEED-accredited professional, a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects and served as Chairman of the Interiors Design Committee for the New York Chapter of the AIA. His work has been cited for excellence by the National Endowment for the Arts, New York State Association of Architects, the New York Landmarks Conservancy, and the Municipal Art Society of New York. He has appeared in a number of publications including Architectural Record, Building Design & Construction, Contract Magazine, Management Review, Progressive Architecture, and The New York Times. Ted received his degree in Architecture from the University of Cincinnati School Of Architecture, where he graduated with honors. He also attended the Ecole des Beaux Arts in Fontainebleau, France.
