Principal
Bill Hettler is the founding principal of Resource Realty of New Jersey, Inc., serving as President and Broker of Record for Operations in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. With over twenty years of experience in industrial and commercial real estate, Bill has successfully completed over 20 million SF of industrial sale, lease and investment transactions and approximately 1,000 acres of industrial land sales.
Recent completed assignments include the sale of the former 1,000,000 sq. ft. Lilly Tulip facility, Holmdel, New Jersey, the sale of the former 1,000,000 SF former Keebler Sunshine facility in Sayreville, New Jersey, and the exclusive representation of Costco Wholesale, Inc. for their acquisition of a 170 acre parcel located in Monroe Township, New Jersey.
Bill is a 1975 graduate of Saint John's University with an MBA in Finance, and an active member of the Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association (IOREBA).
