To unite those men and women in the real estate profession whose principal occupation is in the performance of services primarily related to industrial and office real estate; and to encourage the highest standard of ethical, moral and professional conduct by its members; and to hold meetings and programs on a regularly scheduled basis to achieve those objectives.
