  MARCH 22: IOREBA TO HOST 18TH ANNUAL DEVELOPER’S NIGHT “HOW DEVELOPERS NEED TO ADJUST IN TODAY’S MARKET”
Popular Event at Marriott Glenpointe in Teaneck to Benefit Real Estate Scholarship Fund
 
TEANECK, N.J., March 4, 2010 – The Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association of the New York Metropolitan Area (IOREBA) will host its 18th Annual “Developer’s Night” dinner on Monday, March 22, at the Marriott Glenpointe Hotel in Teaneck. Approximately 300 members and friends are expected to attend.

The evening will feature a networking reception during which leading real estate development firms will present information on their regional projects, followed by a sit-down dinner. During the dinner, a distinguished panel of office, industrial, retail and residential real estate professionals will discuss what developers need to adjust to in today’s market.

David Simson, vice chairman of New Jersey operations for Newmark Knight Frank, will serve as moderator of a panel including: Todd Anderson of Hampshire Companies; Eugene Diaz of Prism Capital Partners LLC; Alex Klatskin of Forsgate Industrial Partners; Jonathan B. Schultz of Onyx Equities LLC; and Tom Walsh of Normandy Real Estate Partners.

Proceeds from Developer’s Night will benefit IOREBA’s Scholarship Fund, with money from this year’s program again being donated to Monmouth University’s Kislak Real Estate Institute. IOREBA awards substantial cash scholarships annually to undergraduates studying real estate.
