APRIL 26: IOREBA TO HOST 1ST ANNUAL REAL ESTATE AND RELATED SERVICE INDUSTRY NETWORKING SHOWCASE
Networking Event Provides Opportunity for Companies to Display Work
ISELIN, N.J., March 16, 2010 – The Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association of the New York Metropolitan Area (IOREBA) will host the first Annual Service Industry Networking Showcase on Monday, April 26, at the Renaissance Woodbridge Hotel & Conference Center. The venue is located at 515 Route One South in Iselin, New Jersey.
This new event will give real estate-related service companies the opportunity to showcase their business offerings to office, industrial, retail and residential real estate professionals from across the Tri-State area. The evening will feature cocktails from 5 to 7 p.m., hors d’oeuvres from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. and a buffet dinner from 6 to 8 p.m.
Pre-registration is available at www.ioreba.com. The cost is $25 for IOREBA members and Real Estate Brokers and Developers, and $50 for non-members. Display tables are $350 each, which includes two dinner tickets.
This is an opportunity to network. The service-related industry will share with all professional real estate brokers, developers and property managers their value-added services and products. This sharing and education of new and exciting services and products creates a more sophisticated market and assists the real estate community in developing new approaches and services. It further assists all real estate brokers in bringing the latest advantage to both their clients and owners in a win-win scenario.
With roots dating back to 1927, IOREBA is one of the nation’s largest regional commercial real estate groups; the group has grown to more than 300 members that conduct business in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Connecticut. To assist its members in difficult economic times, IOREBA has cut costs for events and membership to ensure members are able to take full advantage of everything the organization has to offer.
