JERSEY CITY, N.J., Nov. 12, 2009 – In celebration of the holiday season, The Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association of the New York Metropolitan Area (IOREBA) will host its annual holiday party on Monday, Dec. 7, at South City Grill, located at 70 Pavonia Ave. in Jersey City. To show their appreciation to the development community, IOREBA is offering area developers and one non-IOREBA-member guest entry to the event free of charge with advance registration only.

An executive meeting will take place from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., followed by networking with an open bar and hot and cold hors d’oeuvres from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. A 50/50 raffle will benefit Toys for Tots.

Registration can be completed online before Thurs., Dec. 3, for $90 for IOREBA members and $125 for non-members. Tickets can be purchased at the door for $100 for IOREBA members and $135 for non-members. Free parking with South City Grill validation is located in the garage adjacent to the restaurant.
